How to Eat Vegan When its Not on the Menu
Here is a great article on how to order vegan food at restaurants when they don't offer anything obviously vegan on the menu. It's always good to check menus online ahead of time if possible, or even call ahead to ask if its an important meal like a family event--restaurants will often be very accommodating if given a little prior notice.
