Pizza Man - A local vegan reached out to the chef there and got this info on options: "We have three crust options at Pizza Man (thin, pan/deepdish & gluten free), and all are free of dairy and egg. For sauces, the only one you should avoid is our pesto, which has romano cheese in it.The classic sauce (old school, thicker & sweeter tomato & herbs), Italia sauce (more Italian style, brighter tomato with garlic and olive oil) and our Bianca/garlic sauce (it’s pureed very smooth in a blender so it looks and feels creamy but has no dairy) are all great options for you. We very often make pizzas for our guests that omit cheese, so the kitchen is well versed in these types of requests. We also have a much more extensive selection of vegetables and non-meat & dairy options that many other pizzerias, which most of our vegan guests greatly appreciate. If you were ever in the mood for something other than pizza, we also have a great entree call the Leaf Eater, which is vegan and has been a huge hit since we added it to our menu three years ago."
