The Ste Martaen Vegan Food Truck has gotten such a great response in Milwaukee that they are coming back again Saturday January 8th with expanded stops and even more food! The plan is to start around the UWM area at 1:00pm and move on from there.

Carolina BBQ $8 - Vegan pulled p*rk BBQ topped w/ Smoked Gouda and slaw served on a whole wheat Kaiser bun.
The Flavor Banger $8 - Pomegranate marinated tofu, sliced Ste Martaen cheese, grilled red peppers & onions on fresh baked Jalapeno Focaccia bread
"Rib Tips" Pita $7 - Vegan BBQ'd "rib tips" served on a gyro pita with a creamy jalapeno soy cheese
Fire Banger $7 - Breaded and baked tofu, sliced Ste Martaen cheese, grilled jalapenos & onion, tartar sauce. It's Fiyah!
Steak Fajita Wrap $7 - Grilled "steak", spanish rice, grilled poblano peppers & red onions w/ creamy jalapeno cheese
The Bernstein Shebazzle $7 - A sensational burrito of curried scramble tofu, veggie sausage, jalapeno cheese, spinach and shredded Ste Martaen Pepper Jack
Buffalo Chik’n Pita $8 – Vegan chik’n in a spicy buffalo sauce served on gyro pita bread with a cooling cucumber dill sauce topped with fresh pico de gallo.
Milwaukee Wings $10 - (Formerly named Maple BBQ Wings) Vegan chik'n on sugar cane "bone" smothered in fresh made Maple BBQ sauce.
Jerk Wings $10 - Vegan chik'n on a sugar cane bone cooked in a tomato Jerk sauce (from scratch of course) and served with coconut rice
Herbed Chik’n Dinner $10 – Vegan chik’n drumsticks slow roasted with a Thyme and Herb gravy served with sauteed organic corn.
Mac n Cheese $5
